Lowes warranty customer using pjs for the first time. Accommodated my work schedule, gave us education on our washer and why it actually wasn’t broken, ordered a new part for our dryer, and came back promptly when part had arrived. Friendly, knowledgeable technician. Helpful office staff. Would use and recommend again.

We have used PJs once before and were satisfied enough to recommend them to a couple of friends. We try to use local shops when possible. I'm sorry to say that our second try with them leaves us looking for another shop in the future. This time, it took 3 calls and 2 weeks to get a call back. When the service call was finally scheduled, we were given a 3 hour window to except the serviceman to arrive. Not what we would expect for a single location, local business, but ok. For the visit, we were charged an $85. 'Technical Fee' - which was in addition to labor and parts. So for a $25 part to repair our dryer that took about an hour to diagnose and repair, we paid $150. That seemed excessive to us. It's too bad, nice guy that knows his stuff, just not a shop we will call again.

I had a broken stovetop in one of my rental units, PJ’s diagnosed the problem quickly, made certain to order the correct parts the first time, confirmed the appointment for my tenants and repaired the issue quickly. Paul was friendly, courteous and polite. 10/10 would recommend.

Bad service. Technician came out and made us remove the over the range microwave because he had a bad shoulder. Diagnosed the problem and said he would call back with a price and a return date. I called twice and got no response. After a week, I called another repair shop. He charged us $95 for an uncompleted visit (theft). I will not call this shop again nor will I recommend him.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star! We are a Sears warranty customer with a brand new refrigerator. The technician arrived the first time and told me he was going to order parts-fan and gasket, after adjusting the freezer door. The freezer was full of frost, which caused the refrigerator to stop chilling. I had to throw out all food and unplug it. A couple weeks later, same problem starting. He arrived and stated that was the way the freezer was supposed to look when I pointed out the frost starting again. A couple weeks later, the freezer is completely full of frost and refrigerator is at 52 degrees and getting higher. Sears has a 25 minute wait time before calls are answered, and I finally got through and they only have an appointment available a week from now! The woman h
