I called PJ's Doors for a pre-winter garage door service to give me peace of mind before the cold sets in. The team arrived on time, thoroughly inspected everything, and happily reported no issues. They still completed a full tune-up and lubrication. They walked me through exactly what they checked, pointed out a couple of minor things to watch like weather-stripping wear, and shared simple DIY tips to extend time between service calls. No upselling. Just honest advice. Fantastic team that’s incredibly gifted in customer service and quality work. They truly treat you like family! Eric and Austin did an amazing job. I had a broken spring so my garage door was not opening. They came and fixed in an hour and did all the maintenance. Definitely call them again.
