This company really knocked my expectations out of the park. I had just arrived from out of state to visit my parents. Upon arriving I noticed their home was super hot. Apparently their AC wasn’t working any longer and it was due to be 102 degrees the next day. I called Plains Heating and Air and let them know what we were up against for my elderly parents. They got out within the hour and installed a new AC SAME DAY. Thank you so much for making my parents a priority on one of the hottest days of the year. I appreciate you guys more than you’ll ever know ❤️

Keith was on time and friendly, very educational when he works if you have questions! Very knowledgeable about different types of systems and even helped me in the right direction for my future build putting in a mini split in my garage! I would recommend highly!
