Guss was great. I had three estimates for a roofing repair. The first was clearly someone trying to get me to replace a seven year old roof. The second was from another reputable company, but the price just seemed too high. I called Plair Homes on the recommendation of a second reputable roofing company who only does full roofs. Guss came out the next day, was very thorough in his estimate, and didn’t make up problems that weren’t there. His price was reasonable and he had the job done in a few days. He was even able to match the color of the existing shingles very well. I trust him, and he did a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Gus and his team did a fantastic good installing a new roof on my home. As I reviewed the quotes a few things stood out: 1. Gus was using superior products. When I asked one of the other roofers about the difference their response was that they only used the superior products in valley and not the entire roof. Gus used it on the entire roof. 2. Gus uses his own employees and does not contract out the work..more importantly he carries appropriate Workmen's Comp and Construction insurance. 3. Gus didn't require any funds upfront and only sent me the invoice after all the inspections had been done. Gus was an excellent communicator, was reliable, ALWAYS did what he said he would and met EVERY timeline he outlined for us. His crew was awesome. They were hard working and efficient. I was continually impressed with their promptness and work ethic. There were many days that the crew were there before I left for work in the morning and still there working when I got home in the evening. The results were awesome and the work quality is spot on.
