I had the pleasure of meeting **Phil**, the owner of **Plan B Plumbing**, purely by chance at a local gas station. After a friendly conversation, I asked what type of work he did. When he mentioned remodeling and plumbing, I told him about an issue I’d been having at home with water pressure — specifically, how we couldn’t run more than one faucet at a time without a noticeable drop in pressure. Phil provided me his card, and I gave their office a call the following week. True to his word, Phil came out within two days to take a look. My husband is a disabled veteran and we needed to replace a fiberglass shower stall with an ADA roll in shower and we needed to do it quickly. Phil Came out quickly put a plan and bid together and scheduled as soon as we were ready. It took 5 working days to complete and the crews went above and beyond down to every last detail. Jamie was my point person on the other end of my endless text messages and never left me waiting. I have worked in the homebuilding business for over 30 years and managed well over 100 different trades I simply cannot say enough about this companies professionalism and attention to detail. Phil, Jamie and the team with Plan B were great. I needed essentially every water line and drain moved and hidden in the walls or joist's, plus having my washer moved to a different side of the basement. I called and Phil came out right away and gave me an estimate for the scope of work I wanted done. Within 2 days of securing Plan B to handle the job they were onsite and working. They were professional and the work that was done was top notch. Phil himself came out and finished the job the next day because I was leaving for a trip and wouldn’t be home over the weekend. They cleaned up any mess they made and were always friendly. I would highly recommended Plan B for any and all plumbing needs

Called on a Friday morning for plumbing service to address a few small concerns and Jamie was able to schedule us the following Tuesday. The gentlemen that arrived were right on time and were fully aware of the maintenance needed. Once the jobs were completed, Jeremy reviewed what was done and recommendation for future needs. Polite, professional and efficient. We called back later that day with a question and Jamie was able to provide a prompt response and take care of us. Will definitely call again for future needs.
