From a distance, I was helping a 92 year old friend move from the Midwest to the West Coast, which was not an easy task whatsoever for several reasons. But from the first contact with my rep Brian, then the move coordinator, Amanda, to the driver Luis & his wife Lisa and their crew, who packed and moved a very difficult situation, I knew without a doubt I was in great hands from pick up to delivery. Planes Moving & Storage is a very reliable and trustworthy shipping company. My sister recently moved here from another country. Once her shipment arrived in the USA, Planes Moving & Storage automatically let us know when her shipment would arrive at our home. They called to set up a delivery time and date. The two young men were very friendly and polite. All the boxes were brought upstairs and placed into a designated area. The checklist matched with all the boxes, very efficient. PM&S have very much experience in dealing with overseas shipments. I highly recommend this company!
