Planet of Granite and Flooring LLC

I put a lot of time into researching a company before I feel comfortable hiring them, so I wanted to write a review for Planet of Granite so that others know what to expect and why they should DEFINITELY use them. Sergio, the main sales point of contact, was great to work with. He is friendly, explains things simply, and doesn't try to push you into spending more, or BS you into thinking a job needs to cost more than it does. They are family owned and it shows in their willingness to work with you in your budget and with your wishes. We got probably 6 quotes in all and they were far below everyone else. The staff and trades were amazing! Sergio took time to get to know us and our style. He was always sure to make sure that he told us that it was our house and it was our final pick but was always helpful when we hit a bump in the road. My experience with planet of granite was great all the way around. I unfortunately had water damage throughout my home because of an appliance malfunction , the water damage ruined the floor in my home. I reached out to planet of granite and right away I appreciated the attention and effort Sergio gave me during my time of need. Sergio and Manuel took the time to explain the different materials in the show room floor helping us pick exactly the look we were going for. They were able to get a crew at my house within a few days for the installation. Ivan and Carmelo did a great job with the tile installation, they were great! There was so much attention to detail during the installation, now my home looks great with improved flooring! They really kept me up to date and informed on the status

I had checked pricing and timeframe to install granite countertop on our outdoor kitchen from the big box stores. Luckily I came across Planet of Granite, and spoke to Sergio and Manuel. They had several levels and options to choose from. We agreed on a budget priced based on the dimensions that I provided. Within 5 days the technician came out to measure and make a template, came back a week later to install. The entire process was took less than 13 days. They offered better pricing and faster turnaround time than the big box stores. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

They came. Prepared the area for the install. Installed and cleaned after. I love my new countertops. I am too indecisive about the backsplash and the paint for the cabinets, still thinking.
