Paul There's no suction coming out of the jets to the pool hardly. I needed to clean the bottom of the pool bc of algae build up. I tried every way with the skimmer control to get it to suction. But there's hardly anything movement. So, therefore I can't clean the bottom of the algae off the bottom of the pool. Then the Cosmy isn't working and I've only had it for maybe 5 months. We've had nothing but one issue after another with this pool from day one being installed with a few main things. The pool not being what 1st I gave you the picture of the pool I wanted. 2nd the pool was done totally different. Nothing like my picture. 3rd the pool collapsed and not being told and size wrong. 4th only reason I found out about the collapse was because of an employee telling me. 5th the water press

The most unorganized, unprofessional contractor and staff I have ever done business with! Thankfully their subcontractors did good work, everything their employees touched had to be redone. Caught in multiple lies, didn't even want to provide a receipt for my $$$$ purchase! Don't walk away, RUN!

Amazing customer service. Stine's removed their pool water testing machine so I went to Planet Pools today with three separate water samples. I have never bought anything from them, nor did I purchase anything from them during this visit, however, they kindly tested all three samples and were extremely polite and efficient. Appears to be a family operated business and if I end up getting the pool my wife has been nagging me about for five years, I will definitely frequent Planet Pools.

I did not use planet pools to install my pool 5 years ago. However, I have had a few warranty issues with the equipment since then and unfortunately the pool company I used is out of business. I have never reviewed a company online positive or negative so here it goes. Planet Pools has never dodged me even though I shopped them yet did not buy my pool there. They have not only honored the warranty but no doubt have treated me like I was their customer. I've never paid them for anything but they have honored equipment claims. Many companies would not do that and because of this I highly recommend this company and would definitely purchase my next pool (if i moved and needed one) from them. Thank you for treating my like family even though I did not use you guys for my pool installation.

The pool they built for us is beautiful, the price was very reasonable, but even better than all of that is the excellent customer service! Paul is ALWAYS happy to answer questions, teach us about pool care, and he follows up for months after the installation is complete. We couldn't have asked for a better pool installation experience.
