I was told it would be 20-30 minutes. Which was fine. They were there in less than five minutes. The technician’s name is Leonard. He was very proficient and kind. Of course, I hated having to spend the money because I was stupid, but, the experience was great. Thank you.

they had the blank i needed, but the cuts were poor. When tested on site, was told that a newly cut rough turning ignition key is 'normal' even though the original works smoothly and is not used (has been stored as emergency back up). further testing, after leaving, is one side of a double cut key does not work without jiggling around. my fault for not testing both orientations before leaving and not worth the effort going back. just for their inventory and physical store i'll go back if other unusual keys need duplication. 2-3x standard hardware store pricing, but expected both due to huge blank inventory and local business. important to support this type of business. average service, would have been considered poor service 10 years ago.

I was able to beat their price for my keys by over 35%, Very big prices in such a small community. Make sure you call around and use only if you’re desperate!

I found the lady in the shop Erica rude- didn’t speak to me except to tell me the cost, when she finished the key- walked past me with out a word, opened and started my car- no permission asked. I don’t expect my feet to be kissed but common courtesy wouldn’t hurt
