My experience has been great. Steve is the technician who I refer to as the Grass G.O.A.T. (Greatest of all Times). He’s an awesome professional who always take the time to explain what’s going on and a remedy for any problems. Steve is accurate, shows up when he tells you he’s coming, and points out areas of concern such as s sprinkler not hitting an area. If I ordered the perfect technician, Steve would have been delivered. My yard is a team effort with Steve providing guidance. Appreciate you Steve.

I was on the search for a new lawn spray company when my previous one started falling down on the job. My yard was quickly overrun by weeds and had some fungal activity going on. I noticed a few of my neighbors had PIE, so I called the. They came out that same week on Friday and now im 50% better and on a recurring monthly spray regimen. Im pleased with the lawn techs at PIE and just had an application of a liquid soil aeriation applied so we'll see what happens. It's just been 3 months since I called but so far the lawn is looking better.

Well, I’d give them zero stars if I could, but at least they were nice on the phone. I canceled TruGreen in December and started with PIE. They came out and sprayed about an eighth of my yard in December due to the tech being afraid of the dog in my back door porch. So I called and explained he was locked up and can’t get off the porch. They didn’t come out and treat again even though I called and they said my next treatment would be $55. So in January I got 3 automated phone calls saying they were coming. They never came. In late February the came out and again and only did the front yard, the smallest area and not even an eighth of my property and then charged me $221. So I called And again the nice lady said they’d fix it. Well, over a week later she didn’t credit me the diff
