Plant Riverside District Car Park

This was our first time here. We had a great visit. Alot of shops and dinning options. We look forward to out next visit

DO NOT PARK HERE. This is the worst parking garage ever. It goes 4 levels under ground, which is insane. The screen went down and wouldn't allow us to get a ticket to park. We tried and tried. The gate was held up due to it not working so people could come in. When trying to leave, it would not allow us to leave due to not having a ticket. (Which was their issue not ours.) We were there for at max 30minutes. We couldn't leave the parking garage without paying $45 dollars for it to let us out. Huge issue here. Do not recommend.

Sign placed street side appeared to say “Event Parking $5”. Took ticket, attended event on waterfront. When leaving after an hour or so, was shocked to be charged $40. No attendant on-site to speak with. Paid fee to leave facility and upon leaving saw an individual moving a stack of sandwich board style signs inside, prominently displayed on the sign clearly and cleanly was “$5” and partially covered could be seen an EXTREMELY faded “0”. Never would I ever have parked in this garage had I known that it was $50. Scam. Facility is cluttered and tight, seemingly not much parking available, and pricing is nebulous and subject to change for… reasons?! Never again.

Great location but terrifying to park here with my truck! The ceilings are VERY low and the ramps quite steep. My heart was pounding! I need a drink after that experience! If your vehicle is lifted go somewhere else.

Charged exorbitant fee because there was an "event" but didn't make it clear upon entry. Cost to park should be made clear up front!
