Stellar service - excellent quality plants - and quality design! The team takes great care in ensuring they protect all surfaces in your home - and are very accommodating. They stand behind their service and products - replacing a few shrubs that dies unexpectedly, without hesitation and without question. I love using Plant Specialists!

We have a terrace that we love to use year-round, and Plant Specialists has helped us with it for years. The team there has helped us with every aspect of it from decking to irrigation to containers to lighting to furniture to plant health -- and of course the overall design. (Our contribution is putting in the annuals -- and even there we usually need an assist!) There have also been times when they've come to the rescue because building roof repairs needed to be made -- or any of the countless things can come up in NYC apartment life. I can't recommend this company enough. Incredibly talented and caring people totally focused on delivering the best service to their customers.

Plant Specialists are the best! Over the years, our rooftop terrace has flourished. The design and attention paid to care are beyond our expectations. And we have hydrangeas out the wazooo to the marvel of friends and neighbors

Just love the creativity and all the great advice we always get from Plant Specialist with our roof top as well as the greenery in our home. But more importantly, the level of service is extraordinary and they are always so fast to respond and react. Recently, we decided we wanted to change a plant in our home because we rearranged our furniture. They came up with a great alternative and was replace within 2 days. We are so touched by how they always go above and beyond with there service and always want to make sure their clients are 150% satisfied.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist at Plant Specialist's. When I called about their services, she was incredibly rude from the start. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and seemed annoyed that I was calling. When I tried to explain my issue, she interrupted me several times and then, shockingly, hung up on me mid-sentence. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this business and will advise others to steer clear as well.
