We hired Planted Earth to remove our deck, install a patio, and fix the water drainage in the backyard of our house. The patio looks nice and all was going well until about a month or two ago I noticed significant mold growth in our basement and increased humidity levels. A thorough investigation revealed that my sump pump discharge pipe outside of my house had become detached. Planted earth had installed this and then buried it near my patio. I noticed some wet soil near my house foundation which was weird since it had not rained much. I dug up the sump pump discharge and found that it was completely disconnected. Not only is the design and quality of the workmanship (that is mainly done by volunteers) important, but the landscaping and curb appeal is the cherry on the top. Their driver's enjoy going slow in the fast lane during rush hour traffic. Learn how to drive or quit driving. Incompetent It's called move over as you're impeding traffic and the safety of others that have you get around you if you're in the fast lane with nobody in front of you. With a quick Google search, it even says, slower traffic to the RIGHT and passing to the LEFT. Delirious much & I'm not wasting my breath on a LANDSCAPING company 😂 maybe you'll figure out the left lane is for passing and the right is for slower traffic.

Planted Earth did a good job installing a patio and fire pit at our home about eight years ago. We called them to come out and fix some collapsing edges after a few months, and they eventually repaired it. Now, we need some significant maintenance/repair and they have not responded after multiple calls over the past week. I’m not looking for free work. I’m not surprised it needs some work after several years, but I’d like the company that did the original work to perform the repairs, but they won’t answer my calls.

The guys at Planted Earth did an amazing job with our landscaping. Not only did they plant some new things for us they relocated a couple plants we decided to move. Mulched everything beautifully and cleaned everything up! The crew was super nice, polite and professional. Can’t say enough great things about this company.
