I hired Platinum Concrete Coatings to finish my garage on July 10th, and unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. Right after the job, I noticed pooling of clear product and areas where the color was incorrectly applied. I reached out, and they assured me these issues were mistakes they'd fix, promising to come out and complete the work. Months have passed since then, and despite multiple follow-ups, the only response I get is that I’m “on their schedule” and they’ll “reach out to set a date” — yet they never follow through. Even when I ask to set an appointment directly, I’m told they’ll call back another time, which never happens. They are the absolute best at what they do. We had a couple bathrooms that needed coating to avoid children slipping and falling and the finished product is amazing! Debra is very informative and great at her job!
