A great experience with Ed from Platinum today. Really took the time and care to answer some questions I had. But most importantly solved the issue with a very difficult HVAC system ( LG FROM 2014) HIGHLY RECOMMEND this mechanical company.

Great service from Ed. Spoke to him on Wednesday evening and he was able to mobilize equipment and resources to replace HVAC system the very next day on Thursday. The price quoted for entire HVAC replacement was thousands less than what others were charging. Would highly recommend Ed and Platinum HVAC team.
