Nick was polite, respectful, and friendly. He is knowledgeable at his job and was willing to show me a few things around the faucet that I don’t know. I would use him again for any Plumbing problem, Nick text my landlady, Beverly to let her know when he would be at my apartment. Beverly forwarded the text to me and Nick was here right when he said he would be.

Platinum reached quickly to schedule an appt even during a long holiday weekend. Devin came by knew exactly what was wrong went over the process in hopes a part can be ordered due to the unit being very old. But he was able to ordered a part right away and install it 3 days later. Heat is up and running. Thank You.

Service tech was wonderful. Came in, identified the issue, ordered the part to repair and installed to get our system up and running. Couldn’t have asked for better service. There were issues with the time we had to wait. The issue was reported at 4am on Sunday 1/25/25 through our home warranty vendor. The first tech visit was scheduled for Thursday 1/29/25. The part was ordered and we were told it would arrive 2/2/25 and a call would be placed to schedule repair. The part did not arrive until 2/3/25 and the tech scheduled to Come in on 2/4/25 to complete work. This was done as promised. This was accomplished by the tech efficiently. These folks are consistently skilled, pleasant, prompt and quick to respond. We have a triple decker and they have worked to fix and/or restore three furnaces and three hot water heaters over a number of years. Their field workers know what they are doing, and Christine is a delight to set up and evaluate the job(s). Can't recommend them enough!
