What do you do when you live in California and your future home is in the Carolina Preserve community of Cary? Well there was no debate who to use because our son-in-law and daughter relocated to Cary from California in 2018 and had done their homework before hiring John Blais/Platinum Homes. John did a very unique remodeling project in their home in 2019 and he did an outstanding job. Knowing the quality of his work, they put us in touch with John. Completely positive experience with Platinum Homes. They remodeled my primary bath a few years ago and just completed another bathroom renovation. This is the value of working with an owner managed business. Schedule was sent to me each week and no deviations. Inspections passed on first try every time. Platinum Homes recently completed a total kitchen and primary bath remodel, as well as custom work in our living room and primary bedroom. We had a very good experience with Platinum. Platinum Homes is the absolute best you can ask for. John, Rodney, and Michelle were so much fun to work with. We presented them with a ton of bold aesthetic designs, vintage pieces, and a restaurant grade kitchen that we wanted to execute during our whole home renovation, and they were incredibly supportive and creative in coming up with solutions to make ALL of them happen. They are so knowledgeable and up front it makes it easy to trust them with your house. They were wonderfully organized, kept us on track the entire time, and made it as easy as possible for us to collaborate. I could go on forever about what a great experience it was, they literally built our dream house and I cannot recommend or thank them enough.
