Platinum Parking Lot

Arrived at 10pm to park and ready to pay for a full day but the app will not let me complete the transaction. It was a quite night no events intown. I tried several times even tried 1, 2 hours and nothing. Others car owners also tried unsuccessful. We all left because tow sign. I called phone number and only anwer machine saying they were closed

Pretty decent parking garage, was pretty clean and decently lit. Currently charges a flat rate of $15. Took the stairs down when I parked here, couldn't find the elevator, not sure if there is one so be aware of that if you need an elevator.

This used to be our go to place to park. This latest time was a flat rate of $20 and made people pay on the way out which made leaving the Rowdies game atrocious. Took us over 30 minutes to get out of the garage. why not pay upon arrival if it's a flat rate?

Great Parking Garage..use it all the time for Rowdies games. Perfect location!
