The technician sent a text letting me know he was in route and they also have an app that allows you to track their location in route. The technician arrived and was very knowledgeable and very professional to let me know what all was being completed and what he recommended. I had some concerns with weeds in our yard and Platinum sent Jake and another man and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but they both went above and beyond on our yard today. Jake was Awesome. Platinum always sends Great staff and we Thank Them. Platinum always takes Great care of our yard.

The tech text me that he was on the way which gave me plenty of time to prepare for his visit. He came in with a greeting and quickly and efficiently completed the job. I would highly recommend.

I had Platinum come out for a huge box elder bug problem. The technician was very courteous,and explained what the treatment would consist of. It’s been several days now and I have not seen them anymore. I would highly recommend their service when you are needing pest control services.
