Platinum Plumbing has been so professional to work with. They were very responsive to repair leaks during our remodel. They came back later to take care of other plumbing needs we had to add a second sink in our mater bathroom. The tools that were used to identify our in floor heating pipes put my mind at ease as they took out the old and put in a new drain for our walk in shower. We chose to abandon a tub in order to install a second sink. The guys with Platinum Plumbing are just amazing in their ability to work a challenging task and complete it in a short amount of time. Brian was great to work with and really knows how to work with copper pipe.

I was without hot water for 2.5 weeks because of another company. I called Platinum Plumbing and Jason was at my house the same day and he was able to get everything squared away in 2 days with an upgrade from the standard tanked to tankless. I will definitely call them again anytime I have a problem and they are definitely worth recommending to those around me.

Called Platinum Plumbing for an after hours emergency!! Jason was extremely easy to talk with, as I explained my issue. He had Chandler at my house within 30 minutes. Chandler had my issue taken care of within an hour and was very professional and respectful. Thank you all for your professionalism and expertise. I will be telling everyone I know who needs a plumber to call Platinum Plumbing.

Jeremy was able to not only get here earlier than our scheduled time for an estimate to replace our old water heater but he was able to come back and install a new one within an hour of my initial call back. Both him and his tech were very professional and upfront about costs. And the new look of my water heater is a big improvement on what we had before. Thank you guys so much!
