I had read reviews of local roofing companies long before I needed a new roof. Platinum Pro always had good reviews and satisfied customers. I had a few leaks over the years and a bad one after a heavy rain. I went Platinum Pros website and detailed my issue. Shane responded quickly and was able to come by and look at my roof and the issues. After discussing leaks and age we decided it was time for a new roof. Shane spent as much time as needed to make sure we were satisfied with the shingles and color. Shane kept us updated throughout the whole process. From dropping off the materials and dumpster till the job was completed. Same thing with the gutters and guards. We are very pleased with our new roof and the whole process.
