Home owner that wanted to do my own driveway and it was my first time with everything like calling places for quote including picking right mix and then finally pouring it. Called many places including Harms for quote that seems to be pretty busy...most places had a attitude like I should know all info in advance as far as how many yard, type of concrete etc. but in my experience Platte River agents was very polite and willing to explain things and helped me picking the right mix. Their prices were similar to average price in Omaha so can't complain. Finally truck arrived and wallah! That's where my experience changed to like next level even more, truck driver showed on exact time that I truly wasn't expecting and because it was our first time, he explained on hand signs when I need more a

They were doing driveway for my neighbors. They have damaged my driveway and left! !! Cannot use our driveway now.

Why do they have to blow their air horns starting at 5:30 am? People at the motel and truck stop are still sleeping. These people have no manners and care for Noone but themselves. 9:30, and the air horn goes off every few minutes. Very rude.

This company poured a foundation in my neighborhood and then I watched as they drove up on my property and thru my landscaping. I called immediately and talked with Brenda and voiced my concerns. The next day, Randy called me and left a message. I returned the call but only got his voicemail. That was 2 weeks ago. I’ve left several messages since but no return calls. It appears this company doesn’t want to take responsibility for ruining my landscape and causing out of pocket expenses to fix it.

The staff is friendly and customer service minded! This also includes the many drivers out there building foundations for the future and improving the community that we live in.
