I engaged with Playa Pools back in 2019 to renovate my pool. I got a great vibe from Susana and was very pleased with her responsiveness. Covid hit in 2020 so we put the project off to this year, 2025. I was so impressed that Susana remembered me even after 6 years! I got quotes from Playa Pools and two other companies. Playa was significantly cheaper, but also is a family run business. I felt very confident that they took their work very seriously. I just felt really good about choosing them. Fast forward a few months and now I know I made the right choice. The only caution I would give is that you have to be patient as with any small construction business. Outstanding work done on our complete pool and waterfall renovation December 2025. They’re a family owned business who came in much cheaper than the other contractors and got the job done just as professionally. Christian did an amazing job at solving a drain issue for our pool. He was professional and timely. His work was well done. He invented creative solutions when some small difficulties came up. Had them come out to bid for new tile. They noticed my skimmers were both cracked, probably from the deep freezes the past few years. Playa replaced the skimmers and all of the tile and it looks like a new pool. I also had a great experience with them re-doing my coping a couple of years ago. They took great care in removing and reinstalling the existing material which saved a great deal of money. I will be using them for all maintenance and repairs. Follow up and follow through are a strength of theirs. Re-filling the pool now.

Workers arrived Monday ready to get busy in just a few hours they had the prior tile off and skimmer out. Came back Tuesday and worked all day and finished off Wednesday. VERY FRIENDLY very thorough, cleaned up their mess and was out. Best price for the quality and very fair pricing compared to other pool repair companies and they actually answer their phone!! We will use them for all pool repairs in the future!!
