If I could give this parking garage zero stars I would. I parked on the 3rd floor and took the stairs to the ground floor. Upon entering the stairwell I was hit with the smell of poop. It only got worse as I went to the lower floors. Finally reach the ground floor and there's human excrement at the bottom of the stairs. Keep it classy Columbia!
Grateful for elevator since most parking lower levels appeared to be for permits
Very rarely has open spots and when it does they are on the roof.
Great place to park!
