Pleasant Acres switched owners a few years ago, and the new owner doesn't do what he says he's going to do, takes payment, and disappears. Some members of his crew are awesome, but getting them to actually follow through just isn't worth the baloney. Proceed with caution, and don't pay them until the job is complete.

Matt & his Crew are just exceptional. The team at Pleasant Acres has been taking care of our home & property for almost three years. Their work, follow through & attention to detail is remarkable. The team is willing to take on any project big or small. We can always rely on them. This is particularly true in the harsh winters when our road & property is perfectly plowed. Matt and his team have been taking care of our New London property for over 4 years now. Pleasant Acres is by far and away the best property management crew I have ever worked with --and I have worked with many. The quality of work is superior. Matt and team are completely responsible, responsive and professional. No project is too big or too small. The range is truly broad: snow removal to landscaping; assembly of furniture to handyman items. Matt and his team at Pleasant Acres recently completed an extensive landscaping project at my home in New London, NH and I can not say enough about the experience I had working with them. From design to finished product the entire crew could not have been more thorough and enjoyable to work with. The professionalism and competency Matt and his team have shown has made switching all other property maintenance needs over to Pleasant Acres a no brainer.

Pleasant Acres has been taking care of snow removal and landsaping on my property for the last 4 years. Now and again I have a special request, like cleaning or helping take a delivery. These guys always come to the rescue and always do a fantastic job, even anticipating what needs gettin done. I can't say enough about them.
