2/24~It was a pleasure dealing with Pleasant Air & Electric Billy showed up on time, did a diagnostic on my upstairs and downstairs unit. Found both unit needed to be replaced due to rust and age. Agreement made to replace both units and will be able to replace them tomorrow! Very happy with customer service at this point. Thank you Billy & Jeremy. I'll be able to count on Mt Pleasant Air! 2/25~ Pleasant Air & Electric came out this morning to replace 2 HVAC units with air handlers! They are a superior company that does 5*quality work and the employees were very respectful of my property! The job they did was outstanding, they really know their product and it shows via their employees, as well as their work! 5**** I am a happy and satisfied customer for life! Thanks guys! ;~}

Pleasant Air Conditioning is by far the best HVAC company I have ever used. I had a complete system installed within the last year which was completed on time, and fairly priced. Anytime there is an issue the company sends a tech out same day and resolves the issue. This company is a rare find these days and has my loyalty. If you are looking for the best HVAC company in the Mount Pleasant area then Pleasant Air Conditioning is it! It takes exceptional service for me to take time to write a review but this one is well deserved!

Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric is a great company that I am happy to have servicing my HVAC. Leo came out today for my yearly winter maintenance. He did a wonderful job! I've used Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric several times in the past, and they have always been excellent. Last night I noticed my HVAC compressor was making a loud noise with vibration. I reached out this morning, and had a Pleasant Air tech on scene in about an hour! The tech was thorough and very knowledgeable. The compressor's condition was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Pleasant Air for HVAC needs !!

We are clients of Pleasant Air. We had an issue with one of the zones on our heating system and they came out right away and fixed the problem. Jeremy is always there to help. I will continue to use Pleasant Air and highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
