Pleasant Air Heating & Cooling

After nearly 4 weeks they still have not fixed the heat in our house. Said parts were ordered and that took two weeks then sent a whole day gutting it and replacing parts only to say the burner was not functioning correctly and it was unsafe. This was the day before thanksgiving so I kind of understood them saying they had to wait to order the new part but here it is Monday and they we’re supposed to be there to fix it and they have not and have not called anyone back either about it.

We had our heater shut down this morning. We were worried since we have some very cold weather coming. We called the business right before noon and they made it out within 30 minutes! Jonathon was very pleasant and found the issue right away. He got the part and fixed within a short time. He also said he could fix the rattle that we’ve had since the previous service for a nominal cost. In fixing this issue it ended up being much harder than expected. He called in some coworkers to help and still honored the estimate he gave. Jonathon gave excellent service. Would definitely have them out again.

Furnace stopped working and hot water heater had an issue. Had Groggs come out a few weeks ago. They told me that there was no hope and tried to hard sale me into a new furnace for almost 16,000. Nope Called Pleasant Air on a recommendation from a neighbor. $100 later and both are fixed and working wonderfully. I couldn't be happier! Great attitude, good work... Pleasant Air for the win!!!

They are the best! I had groggs install a new furnace in February and had it service by them 5 times between February and November they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my furnace and told me it’s bad gas had dominion hope come out and tell them it wasn’t bad gas groggs came back out a few days later and basically told me tough luck we can’t fix it and we arent replacing it or giving you your money back we have bad gas. I called Pleasants heating and cooling to see if they could help me figure out the problem within a couple hours a tech was at my house and within five minutes he figured out the problem and fixed it the very next morning!! There customer service is amazing and after two weeks of no furnace we finally have a working furnace!!! They were great and actually do whatever

Called for service said they would be able to send a tech that evening or the next morning. We got no tech, no phone call, nothing I guess they don't need customers. Why bother answering the phone or listing your numberas a HVAC service? It doesn't make sense.
