This company not only took over a MONTH to install my liner but they also left 2 HOLES in the corners of my liner. You can see they beat the locks in there by the scuffs on my coping. That coping was just painted and had no scuffs. They proceed to ignore me. They have not returned any calls or texts. They do this for a living. The owner is careless and has taken advantage of me. I will be filing a complaint and a lawsuit. I won’t stop there either. I am going to contact action 9 news. The community needs to know how they do business. They took my money and ran with it! Right now they are in breach of contract by failure to perform. Just spoke with Greg the owner. I recorded the conversation. He does not want to claim damage to my vinyl liner and told me to take him to court.

We've tried all the other pool supply stores in town, and Pleasure Pools has been and continues to be, the very best pool supply company in town. The owners and staff are so nice, patient and accommodating...especially to new pool or spa owners.

Just dont. I was charged almost $200 to install a $24 capacitor that took 10 minutes to change. Even worse, the capacitor the barefoot man installed was a used one. At first they told me I needed a a whole new motor, costing $550. Lucky for me, I got a return call from J&R Pool right before they got out here. I called J&R earlier that day and left a message. He said it might just be the capacitor(sadly he wasn't able to make it out that day but his input was greatly appreciated). If it wasn't for him calling when he did, I would be into these people for even more money...for no reason. Anyway, after the barefoot man changed the capacitor, as that was all it was, I asked what I owed him and he said he doesn't know, they will bill me. Pleasure Pools installed my "L" shap pool about two years ago. The Team was very knowledgeable and completed the install in a timely manner. With having a pool, service and maintenance is something you'll be faced with. In choosing Pleasure Pools they have the ability to handle any service needs. As for maintenance, you'll not find a better price around. I highly recommend them and encourage anyone looking to purchase a pool to give them a call.

The house we bought was a Fix and Flip so we did not know the previous owners or what brand of above ground pool we had so Bud, the owner, came out to our house in a broken down Astro van (that should not even have been licensed to drive on public roads) to look and make sure that the correct liner was ordered. He also did not know what brand of pool it was and didn't bother to look at the liner bead he just said the liner he sells was going to be $569 and a ensured me it would fit. I picked up the liner and when i tried to install it the bead would not go all the way into the rail.
