Pleitez Air Conditioning

Words cannot express the level of gratitude I have for Pleitez AC. My unit was not cooling for some strange reason, the same unit that I had Comfort StarAC company come out and service last year around this time. Turns out the tech at Comfort Star installed the new motor we paid for last year rotating in the wrong direction. Christian and his team at Pleitez AC immediately noticed this upon walking up on the unit. Comfort Star also installed an aftermarket motor when I requested a direct replacement for my Carrier unit. Pleitez AC will be my only call from now on. In fact, I am going to have them install a mini split wall unit for me in the next couple of weeks. I will be sure to take pictures of the process. The pictures attached shows the aftermarket motor that was installed incorrectly.

We had an issue with water dripping outside from a clogged AC overflow line and a leaky drain pan. The techs were able to come the same day and remove the clog as well as replace the leaky pan at a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the professionalism, quality of work, communication, and enthusiasm of everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person. I will definitely be using Pleitez for any future HVAC needs.
