Plew's Heating & AC was the company which serviced my Home Warranty policy, and it was fortunate for me that it did. The insurance company said that I would receive a response from Plew's in up to 1-day. Instead, Plew's called me in only hours, and the call was to ask if the technician could come over immediately. Wow! When does that ever happen? When he arrived, the technician was clearly well-experienced, and in short order found that the problem was the fan to the AC unit needed to be replaced. For this, he needed authorization from the insurance company that it was a covered repair. Not only did he instantly contact the insurance company by message or email with his smartphone, but he also proceeded to take the extra step of having his office call the insurance company to get a respo
