Peter Fragola, Showroom Sales Consultant, was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right choices and clearly explaining the installation process. When I ran into trouble installing it myself, Peter promptly returned my call and arranged for Dudley to assist. Dudley went above and beyond—he came to our apartment and had everything installed within minutes. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend—5 stars.
