Plowz & Mowz - Snow Removal and Lawn Care Service

I scheduled residential snow removal service from this company. They not only missed the scheduled date, they couldn't even provide an ETA because they said the contractor wasn't returning their calls. I waited 36 hours for service and ended up cancelling because I found a local contractor that was able to get to my property within one hour. This company is basically just a middleman with no means of helping you if there are issues with the contractor they've "assigned" to your project.

The provider pulled our gate closed, but didn't latch it. It was latched when they arrived. As a result, our dog got out and was running loose in the neighborhood. I was running around looking for him for an hour. Luckily, he was okay. I told them about it. They apologized and promised it wouldn't happen again. They following week, I checked as soon as I got home. They had, once again, left the gate unlatched. I just feel like it isn't a difficult task to latch the gate when you unlatched it to get in the yard.

Didn't think anything of the service as I had seen advertisements...but then got into a serious pickle where my regular landscaper was hurt, and I needed service badly. I called over the phone and was advised to go to the app or website. When i downloaded the app, I figured I would check it out and maybe purchase if it was easy. Not only did I purchase, but I found out you can order recurring service for every 7 days, cheaper than what I was paying my landscaper. I immediately ordered and was sent a great gift in the mail upon doing so. If I could give 10 out of 10 stars, I would.

Quick response even though I didn't use them.
