Plum-Air

Not happy that I had to install a new furnace, but the old one was 20 years old. The people at Plum Air were great from start to finish. They came promptly, since it has been so cold around here, ordered the new furnace and had it installed by the end o f the week. Dave, the owner and the service techs/installers and secretary, Nicole, were knowledgeable, & did a great job. The price was reasonable. They sent me all of the UGI rebate info afterward. My A/C stopped while I was on vacation. My son was staying at the house and noticed the temp rising. 95 degrees outside. I called Plum-Air Shavertown. The woman answering the phone and the technician were so nice. The technician was able to get to my house the same afternoon! He fixed the issue and had the A/C up and running in no time! The entire process was so easy. I'm grateful to all involved. Could not be happier with this company and its employees.

From start to finish this was a very good experience. My sales rep (Dave) was very professional and friendly and the install crew was awesome. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The price was competitive and installation only took a day and a half. Since it was a December AC install , I’ll have to wait until summer to really verify operation, but everything seems to be working.

They were here for just a tad over an hour and left through the basement. My daughter was down there and said they said bye to her and I have them leaving on my security camera an hour and 15 mins later or so. Two of them came but one came halfway into the service. My daughter teased and said now since they didn’t say goodbye to you I’ll bet they’ll say they were here much longer than that. Well I got the bill later and it was 700 dollars stating they were here 6 hours! We called and said we have it on camera and then they said well, we also charge for travel and for the hours for each of our services. They continue to send the bill and we won’t pay that. Scam artists. We have used them many times too and the good guys we’ve had always come and talk to me and have me sign and I give them a

Josh was extremely helpful on the service call at 5pm on a Saturday! Not only was he helpful but he was understanding of our situation and wanted to help us. Within 30 to 45 minutes from our initial phone call, Josh had our A/C back up and running!! We are grateful for the quick and professional service. Josh is an asset to Plum-Air for sure!
