This is the second time I've used Plumb Perfect and I'm just as pleased this time as I was the last time. Justin is awesome! Fixed my sump pump in no time at all and for a really great price. David R came out at the time communicated and did a fantastic job! He was extremely professional, thorough, and efficient. He detailed everything they was going on with our sump pump, why damage such as ours had occurred, and what the solution/fix would be. He went over details and pricing then ensured our questions were answered before confirming how we would like to proceed. He was very easy to work with and kept us updated throughout the process. Well pump went bad. Called Plumb Perfect the next morning and they were able to get out the same day and get us up and running again. Excellent communication, excellent customer service and the Technician, Bobby Carter and his helper were fantastic. I will be a lifelong customer! Kudos to an exceptional company!
