From the time Plumb Right (PR) submitted a bid, until completion of their portion of the project (preparing the firebox for insertion of a gas fireplace), I have been very pleased with each journeyman plumber who came to my home. Each individual was prompt, respectful, professional, focused, and willing to explain/show me his portion of the project. There was no up-selling as I experienced with other companies. Fantastic expertise . They made great suggestions about fix-ups for our 100 yr pld house's bathroom & laundry. No pressure to add projects. Excellent work. Devon, Erik, and Ethan were the definition of professional, competent, and patient. I have a new water heater, installed, at a competitive price, and with a mixer valve to allow us to stretch our hot water and keep the grandchildren protected from scalding temperatures. Each one of them took time to talk and answer questions, on-topic or on some other plumbing detail. I will call them again with no hesitation.

We called Plumb Right for a last minute main sewer line cleaning, and scope to satisfy a home inspection. They came out within a days notice, and were super nice and did a great job 👍 and were very clean! We were 💯 satisfied with this company!
