Plumber's Duty

Plumber's Duty was beyond perfect! I had other techs look at getting the water dispenser to work in a new fridge, and they referred me to Eric. Eric identified the problem within minutes and an hour later, it was working! I highly recommend this company and encourage all of you to support our small businesses!

I just had the best encounter ever, I was so lucky and I’m totally overwhelmed; all in good faith and good deeds do not go unnoticed. I met Eric at a department store parking lot I had a bad experience with a plumber and I was looking for parts to fix the old plumber mess; I parked next to him he greeted me with a humble smile I asked him are you a plumber because of his equipment he answered me yes!! I told him about my Issue without hesitation he immediately proceeded helping me he went to his truck got me what I needed not a single question he did not even charge me a single penny for his help.. he took time out of his own personal time and help me out. If me a complete stranger not even on the job and this is what he did to help me; I would not want to hire anyone else other than Eric

He troubleshot, removed and replaced my broken water heater in a timely, professional and clean manner.
