A deeply negligent and profit-driven company. Beware. Plumbers Inc has now been assigned to our home twice through our Home warranty, and both experiences were shockingly negligent and clearly geared toward extracting the highest possible profit rather than actually helping families in urgent situations. First incident: We were dealing with a minor leak. Without doing any real investigation--no drywall removal, no pressure test to see if there was a leak in the system, nothing--they immediately insisted we needed $5,000 of mold and water-damage remediation, much of which would not be covered by the warranty. Their claim of "suspected mold" was based solely on looking at the outside of the wall. We got a second opinion: that company opened the wall, found no mold, and repaired the issue f

There was a bit of misunderstanding but we finally had the water heater installed. Josh C has great people skill. He explained the process while installing everything. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. He was very efficient. He is a great asset to the organization.

Had water pipe burst and it was right before New Years so that was so stressful! My warranty company referred this company and I was so happy that they arranged Josh to come and fix on a holiday! He was very professional, efficient and found the leak quickly (whew)- fixed the problem, cleaned the site and couldn’t have had a nicer experience- honestly I don’t know why that one star review is meaning so maybe she got frustrated by mold but anyways, excellent experience here!

Wow! Plumbers Inc. Was assigned to my call from my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Justin was our service person. Justin arrived within the assigned service time window. When he arrived he was dressed professionally, was reassuring and had THE BEST attitude and personality! He was so friendly and knowledgeable, he treated myself and my son as if we'd known him forever. He worked on our kitchen faucet and pipe problem with a fabulous skilled confidence. He explained what was wrong, what he planned to do, and even explained things as he did the repairs. When he was finished, he gave us his card, shook our hands and wished us a great day.
