I had a question about a part I needed and I was helped by a nice gentleman named Joe who gave me mo!re than just a "Sorry, we don't have what you need." Which, frankly, I've come to expect now as a regular thing more than in the past. No, Joe, although he did not indeed have the part I needed, was nice enough to take his time and talk through numerous solutions to my questions and needs and by speaking with him I not only learned what the best course of action was but I was also given a temporary fix to help me get by whilst I waited for the part I needed. .He was so helpful and courteous I hold him as an example of every customer/employee interaction. It should and could be that way. If the owner is reading this then I have a message directly to you. Give him a raise and keep him happy b

Chris was very helpful. I’m a GC and was picking up supplies for my plumber and he made sure I had all the right things. Helped with a difficult return situation as well, can’t recommend this place more for your plumbing needs, great selection of items, frequently restocked, and great customer service

I don't typically write reviews, however the customer service I received at this small. Local business today warrants a 5-star review. Along with caring for my family of four and my home, I also care for my widowed mother and maintain her home as much as possible so she is able to live independently. It's never a small feat to maintain not one but two homes, so I am constantly in and out of hardware stores, many times leaving with frustration and sub par customer service to get what I need. Today, my mother's hose spigot ley go and I couldn't find the parts I needed until I came to this store. The counter help was professional and knowledgeable! They are no nonsense get you in and out counter or the office can help you figure out whatever plumbing products you may need to get ahold of to help you make the most money!!!!
