I had great experience here! 3 years ago I had a brand new high efficiency boiler and hot water storage tank installed. Recently the storage tank started leaking. I tried calling the plumber that installed the system but he was no longer in business. I was not looking forward to trying to pursue this leaking tank on my own as the homeowner. Many times plumbing supply house don’t want to deal with the homeowner, only the plumber that did the work. I was pleasantly surprised by Brian and how helpful he was. He was able to get me a new tank covered under warranty. I then installed the tank and noticed one of the pumps started leaking. He was able to cover that under warranty too! Brian was great to deal with and turned something I was dreading to deal with in to a positive experience. I highl

Went to plumbers supply to inquire and gain some knowledge regarding gas fired boilers. I spoke with Brian who did a great job in providing me with the information and options that were available regarding installation of gas boilers. He was very professional and did a great job!

Stay away. They are unethical and happy to rip you off by charging you 3-4x more that anybody else. Do you want to give your hard earned money to a company that is trying to take as much money as possible out of your wallet for their benefit? Selfish and greedy.

Called this place twice same day since the first person I talked to was an absolute jack a@$. Being in a jam called back and the second person was just as much a jack a@#. I would rather pay more else where than to use this company again.
