Our hot water heater decided to go out on my family after about 22 years so we decided to choose Plumbers United Inc. to install a new one for us. Our plumber Mr. Scott French discovered that part of our propane system was not up to code as well as the exhaust vent on top of the water heater so he had to wait to do the job until that was taken care of which is testament to his ethics and principals as a plumber. Thankfully after the gas issue was resolved he installed the new water heater and did an absolutely fantastic job with it, everything looks professional and the new system runs perfectly, I can't overstate how grateful we are to have an honest plumber.

We needed a new water heater and repairs on a leaking faucet. Scott French was able to install the water heater we wanted and easily fix the sink. He gives an honest price and assessment and arrives on time. He is very knowledgeable in what he is doing and gave us tips we could use. We will definitely call and recommend him for any future issues.

I had a problem with my heat pump and my son called plumbers united and spoke with Scott French. He came out and diagnosed the problem and advised me that my heat pump was fine. He said my water regulator was not working. He replaced that and the pipe that almost caused the pump to explode and almost flooded my basement. He saved me a lot of money by being familiar with heat pumps. I am so thankful that I could find someone familiar with heat pumps. He was excellent. He was honest, punctual and friendly. I would highly recommend him when someone needs a plumber. I will definitely use him for any future plumbing problems that I have.
