I ordered a $3,000 Williams furnace from PlumbersStock and the experience was a nightmare. The unit arrived severely damaged—dented, torn metal, missing fasteners, and unsafe to install—while the packaging was perfect, meaning it was shipped already damaged. For over a month, PlumbersStock refused to provide a refund, replacement, pickup, or even a firm timeline. Every response was a generic “waiting on the manufacturer,” despite PlumbersStock being the one who took the payment. We finally had to file a formal chargeback because they would not resolve anything. If something goes wrong with your order, you’re on your own. Avoid this company.

I ordered a faucet Online. The order form indicated that there were 4 items available and it would ship in one to two days. after my order was processed, The order form Tracking showed Delivery in about a month and a half. Customer service Member Sheng Was most helpful in resolving the problem. Apparently that item is no longer carried at the Salt Lake City facility, but it is carried At the partner warehouse and will be shipped within three to five days. Sheng Was a great help in resolving the situation. Thank you very much!

Excellent customer service! I needed 2 of an item and they only had one, but she offered to send me a list of other possible companies to contact for the second one. Then they cancelled my order, saying suspected fraud, but when I tried to reorder, they were out of stock.
