I had a gas 32000 btu garage heater installed in my garage today. Also other work in my utility room. Everything was done professionally and complete. I almost look forward to Winter to see if it all works (haa). Should heat up my garage nicely and more efficient than the system taken out. Clean and efficient. I was very happy with the work they did. I had a leak & some corroded pipes. Craig's made it out here the very next day. They took before & after pics & explained all the work they did. I was happy they could replace valves & pipes & get it fixed it right away & they did a great job! Will definitely use Craig's again.

Thank goodness for this company. What happens when it gets extremely super cold? Your furnace dies on you. They got the parts in as fast as they could and got us up and running. The technicians were all great, kept us informed of exactly what was going on and what they were doing. They worked clean and do a great job. Thank you all!!!

I had an outdoor spigot that had corroded at the antifrost weld. I had done my own investigation to determine the problem but I needed professionals to determine the solution and fix it. Patrick was very kind and explained all options and very fast and professional. (Fixed in under 1 hour!).

Jeremy provided insight to how our radiant floor heating worked. (first time we have had this kind of system). One zone was shut off. He showed us how to regulate the zones. Also did quick survey on tankless water heater and determined that igniter/flame rod needed replacing. Very helpful in helping us to better understand the system. Will definitely use service again.
