All their technicians are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and timely. We’ve called out these guys for commercial plumbing issues and for our home. Office staff are great too! My husband describes the office staff as the nicest people to talk to. We highly recommend Plumbing Doctor.

He demonstrated his expertise by showing pictures and receipts, patiently waiting until I was comfortable with each step. Because my home is a historic property, I take great care in trusting the individuals working on it. Trevor Delogier of Plumbing Doctor and the crew, did an excellent job. Trevor has helped me before, but this was a big job. Replacing a sewer line. Things I didn’t understand, he took time to explain to me in detail. With respect to I might add. I’m 76 yrs. young and people (professionals, usually talk over you or above your head. So you’re afraid to ask what you really want to know.. again Trevor not only explained it he showed me every step before he did it! Thank you Trevor. You alleviated a lot of worry!

We were moving into a house we just bought that had short toilets. I called spoke with Lily, she was very pleasant and booked us for 8 am on Monday morning. The Service Tech Trevor showed up right on time with his apprentice Lawrence. We did a walk though of the toilet situation, the Ice Maker Connections, shower heads (was corroded and unusable) the kitchen sink issue, and Hot Water Heater booster Tank, He worked up the pricing to install 2 ADA 17" Toilets, & Grab Bar as well as all other repairs mentioned. I accepted the pricing and they went right to work. These two men worked very well together and knock out all items in one day, John (owner) and John (supervisor) both stopped by to see if any assistance was needed and Super even ran for parts so Trevor & Lawrence could continue to wor
