They installed a new water heater (with different dimensions from the old one) plus a new water filter and salt-free descaler (the latter being a new thing to them). I was worried that these would be challenging to fit into our rather crowded space, but they did it beautifully!. And in less time than the estimate!

Plumbing Etc has helped us out at our office for many years. They recently bailed me out when we discovered a gas leak at our office. They made sure I had temporary heat that day and had a new furnace installed within a week. We didn't miss a single day.

Billed me for over 3 times the estimate provided and came out to fix a poor job and didin't fix it right because I refused to pay for something they did, Had a handyman fix it for nothing.

Amazing company and response when we had a few water leaks after cabin sat all winter. Had my kids up just for the weekend and called them Friday at 230 and they were able to get someone on their way to help us. Thank goodness for these guys!

Update 2025--- under new ownership, havent tried them again- but have heard good things so far. Old review 2018: They overcharged and service wasn’t worth the competitive pricing. They charge for mileage from their business to your home and back again. Plus, if the forget a part- you are billed for that mileage too. I had to argue with them about a 1500$ bill because they added on non-existent mileage to pad their bill. So be careful about that…check your bill, ask for an itemized invoice. They seem to just do bear minimum as far as customer service and on-site “friendliness” (there’s no real courtesy & friendliness… just plain blank faces doing your job)… my two plumbers actually wanted to leave in the middle of the job to answer a first responder call.
