Plumbing Guys of El Paso replaced my water service line from the meter to my garage, along with a new shutoff valve. The job was done thoroughly and with care — they bored under the sidewalk instead of cutting it, restored my rock yard nicely, and made sure everything was left clean and functional. The pricing for the replacement was fair, and I appreciated that when we ran into a few unexpected challenges, they worked with me to find solutions that kept my water on and the project moving forward. They also extended my warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the work and the way they handled the job. With just a little more consistency around scheduling and communication, they’d easily be a 5-star company.

I called the plumbing guys for an emergency water heater issue. They worked with me to set up a time that worked for me. They arrived on time and walked me through the issue. They sent two techs, Isiah and Tony, and both were very knowledgeable. They told me what needed to addressed and were able to get the job done faster than I expected. The water heater went out during the holidays. Called Plumbing Guys and they said they could replace it same day (did not expect that this time of year)! Isaiah and Tony were amazing! Not only were they courteous and professional, they were also experienced and knowledgeable. They make an outstanding team. They took great care not to damage anything inside the house. They completed the installation and educated us on water heater care to prolong its life. Would definitely use Plumbing Guys in the future and will recommend to any friends or family in the El Paso area!

Quin & Tony showed up on time, with enthusiasm & ready to help. They were able to diagnose & fix the issue very quickly. Besides being quick, they were thorough & even educated me a bit on some DIY questions I had. I'll never call another plumber - Quin and his crew are the people you want. An added bonus is they are not owned by private equity or any firm on Wall Street - so you're not just another number & their prices are fair & reasonable.

Recommend this company and Quin for a professional and complete service. I got my water heater replaced on a Sunday. Job took about 2-3 hours and Quin even found a small gas leak that who knows since when we had in our line. Overall great service!
