Plumbing Masters

Wow! I’m super impressed with Plumbing Masters. They were able to fix a plumbing issue caused by another plumber that had told us “nothing more could be done and we would have to live with the leak”. I’m so glad I took a chance on Plumbing Masters and they did not disappoint. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and very affordable. I highly recommend them and will be using them for all our plumbing needs from now on.

We contacted Plumbing Masters to schedule a quote for a possible leak inside a wall. They were able to come out on Tuesday the 30th. Two technicians arrived, located the leak, and said they needed to leave for another job in Glenrock but would send us a quote in about 20 minutes. At the time, we had an active leak inside a wall with standing water, so getting a price and timeline quickly was important. After waiting three hours with no response, we called the office. The woman who answered said she handles all quotes, that we were second on her list, and that she was putting out other fires. She told us she would get back to us in about 30 minutes. That was three days ago and we still haven't heard back. I am not going to chase someone to give them business. We hired another local compan

I had a riser break and Plumbing Master’s came to the rescue. I would like to give a shoutout to Jake and Gabe, they did an absolute amazing job and they went above and beyond to fix a break underneath to make sure I had water to shower etc before they left. Hands down best plumbers and would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Thank you plumbing masters!!

Put in new hot water tank in December 2024. Went in closet and saw water heater was leaking. So I called and they came out and looked at it and said I have to much water pressure 150 lbs. That in the tank did not check pressure coming in to the house and then the guy said I would have a service charge. I said it should be under warranty so he left. This morning the boss called and got real shot with me and wanted his money now. And did not offer or ask if I wanted it fixed. So if my hot water ends up in someone's house you I will know why. It a presser cooker waiting to blow.

The best plumbing service in town, hands down! Each time we’ve had an issue with our water heater, they were able to come out the same day we called, and were able to troubleshoot and fix the issue within a few days.The kindness and professionalism shown to us from the beginning definitely helped us make our decision in choosing them to service our water heater.
