I had a fantastic experience with Plumbing Masters. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, responsive, and professional. The plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They fixed the problem efficiently and left the area spotless. It's rare to find a company that combines great technical skills with such outstanding customer care. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs—honest, reliable, and top-notch service all around!

FYI they don't tell you ahead of time there is a service fee to give an estimate to repair. I called other companies and they told me prior to coming out that they charge a service fee and they gave the price. I chose not to have those companies come out due to this. This company did not tell me there would be any charge until after they showed up and looked at the water heater. The gentleman who came out was very nice, however. Luckily my water heater turned out to be fine but I will not hire this company in the future for any plumbing needs due to the hidden fees they charge. I was going to get a quote from them to replace the water heater booster at my nursing home but after the surprise fee, I am no longer going to. Excellent customer service from Gabi. He was very polite . I had a heater that was leaking and when I called they responded immediately. They advised that it had to be replaced and so he did that. He also stayed until the water was hot . Thanks Gabi
