Besim has worked on several plumbing issues at my house over the past few years and done an excellent job. He has good expertise and knowledge and works very professionally. He recently installed faucets, cleared backed up pipes, fixed issues with the water softener and installed a new dishwasher. His fees are very reasonable for the work done, highly recommend!

Besim is the best. Quick, honest, and fair. Has done several projects for us, from well tank replacement, to installation of a tankless hot water heater, minor leak repairs, boiler work…this list goes on and on. All of his work has been high quality and stood the test of time. Highly recommend.

Besim is very responsive, honest and reasonable. He helped us install a new sump pump last year, and this year he helped my elderly neighbor get a new septic pump in when hers broke. She was in a panic as she has tenants and Besim responded quickly, kept her informed and gave her a great price with a warranty and guarantee she could call him anytime if she had an issue. Highly recommend.

Besim came to repair a kitchen pipe that had burst from from this crazy NY weather. He came during the evening, despite having a crazy day himself. He was done in no time and just as he thought he was done, he found another leak. A second pipe had burst while he was there and he was able to locate and fix it in no time. Excellent job. Would definitely recommend.
