Plumbing Service Company

Do not recommend! My mother used them to install a garbage disposal. After the work was done, her dishwasher no longer worked. They came back out and said that everything was installed correctly so it was probably an issue with her dishwasher. She contacted another repair man, who came out and identified that the problem was related to the installation. My mother was billed almost as much to repair the mistake as she was for the installation. I reached out to the Plumbing Service Company and spoke with someone in management (or maybe the owner), who informed me that the repair man contacted him and told him that the "drain plug wasn't knocked out" at installation, which wouldn't allow the dishwasher to function properly. The manager acknowledged that it was their mistake and report

We used VPS through our home warranty. They were very good, efficient and professional. Within the hour or so the two technicians came out to replace our water heater. One of them was one who worked with us prior to this service on a plumbing issue and had mentioned it in a conversation. It showed us that VPS cares about their customers. It was overall a very good experience. I would recommend!

Hot water heater needed repairs and I contacted PSC...was amazed when told they would have a technician at my house in 30 minutes! The 2 technicians were very friendly and professional and replaced the faulty components very quickly! Price was also very reasonable for the length of time for the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Matt and Cole are a great representation of the company. They know what they doing and are quick to make changes if needed. After several quotes we feel the pricing was fair and we did ask for a quote up front as this was a full day of work for the team. We would use this company again in the future.

They rip you off. Called because we had NO water coming into our mobile home. Tech came out & stood there talking for an hour basically saying that he had no clue what was wrong. Said he had a supervisor that had a heart attack and a supervisor on vacation. Said all he suggested us to do was re-pipe the whole house. Sent a younger guy under the house. Nothing was done. I received a bill for $132 (mind you we were quoted $85 for the service call). I called to complain. Office lady said she would let me pay the $42.50 trip charge & credit the rest back and apologized & told me the technician didn't even work there anymore. She did say I needed to call back & talk with the district manager (who was the only supervisor). So, I did. Well he was RUDE and basically told me he would ON
