Plumbing Services

This is highly unprofessional company! They give me the time window 11am to 3 pm and end up showing up at 7:30am. Then I had to provide them with booties for their dirty shoes to protect my carpet. Then they wanted to receive the check BEFORE they do any work. To top it all, they decided to just leave without any communication at all. And after 30 minutes I called the office and the unprofessional individual who answered the phone refused to help at all instead she said they left because no one opened the door for them this is at 9am something even after they have been in and out of the house. She refuses to tell me when and if they are going to come back and then got extremely rude!! After I insisted on a time for them to come back she informed me that they are not coming. So they wasted

They are not professional, we had shower leak from 2nd bathroom to 1st kitchen. They came out and cut the wall and ceiling to inspect the leak. They cut them in really weird pattern not square, seems like they are just tear it down and they said they are not responsible for wall patch. I had to cut it square and patch it myself. BUT that's not the problem. They didn't even find what was the problem after they cut multiple wall and ceilings. There was no leak on the pipe, they concluded the leak is from shower door which I didn't believe it. I ask different company and they said the problem was tile, there was small gaps between the tile since it's old grout, I added new grout, the problem fixed. I would never recommend them as professional plumbing company.

I'm not one to write a bad review but I feel very strong about this. I am never using this company again. They came out to my house to fix a guest toilet, it worked for a day then it stopped working again. We had to deal with the problem for a couple weeks which was fine because we couldn't stay at home to wait on someone all day. So when we could stay at home and wait for someone, the guy on the phone got a HUGE attitude about waiting too long to call. I told them that I think the problem was the flapper, he then proceeded to tell me that was impossible. I scheduled a day for them to come out and they said they would come on Friday or Saturday. So I waited both days and they no called no showed. I then called them back the next Monday to schedule another day, they put it in their system a

DMS claimed they had master plumbing licenses, but this was a lie! Do not trust this company. We had a sewage pump issue at our house and they installed a water pump instead and then said we could not flush toilet paper down the toilet... ridiculous. After we tried to get a refund, they stopped responding. Now we are out $1700 dollars. We hired another plumber to come out and fix the sewage pump properly. There are other reputable plumbing companies out there, skip these scammers!

DMS was fantastic! Polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will never use another plumber again! As they solved a problem that 3 larger companies could not! Including the company I have my service contract with. I can not recommend them high enough! And 5 Stars ain’t enough stars for their service!
